What Countries Does Zelyth Ship To?

Zelyth proudly ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

When Will My Order Ship?

For EU countries, Zelyth processes and ships orders on the first business day following placement. Orders destined for the United Kingdom may take 2–4 business days to ship. Please note that orders are not processed on bank holidays. If an order is placed on or just before a bank holiday, it will begin processing the next business day.

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, enabling you to monitor your order's journey.

What Are the Shipping Fees?

All orders incur shipping fees, except for digital gift cards, which are delivered free of charge. Shipping costs are determined using a zone-based system to minimize environmental impact while balancing costs. • Shipping Cost: €16.99 (or £15 for UK)
• Reduced Shipping: €11.99 (or £11 for UK) on orders over €70.00 (or £70 for UK)
• Countries Included: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Scotland).

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Delivery times depend on your location. For EU countries, shipping typically takes 1–4 business days. For the UK, delivery ranges from 2–5 business days. Weekends and public holidays in Belgium or the destination country may slightly extend these timelines.

Is There a Minimum Order Amount?

Yes, Zelyth requires a minimum order value of €9 (or £9 for the UK). This policy supports our sustainability mission by reducing the environmental impact of small, frequent shipments. Encouraging mindful purchasing helps lower CO2 emissions and fosters an eco-friendly approach to online shopping.

Which Courier Service Does Zelyth Use?

In the EU, Zelyth collaborates with Packeta in Slovakia for order fulfillment. Packeta partners with local carriers for final delivery in your country. Order registration and tracking are managed through YTS Commerce in Belgium. Notifications from YTS Commerce indicate that your Zelyth order is en route.

In the United Kingdom, orders ship from Sheffield. Parcels under 3kg are delivered via Yodel, while heavier orders (3kg or more) are handled by DHL, DPD, or APC.

While Zelyth is committed to timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as extreme weather, customs and border issues, or service disruptions. We will do our best to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and securely.

Are Customs, Duties Fees, and Taxes Included in the Shipping Costs?
